Therapist: So tell me how your story and how you feel. Let's start off with how you feel about yourself.

Um.. Well honestly I feel worthless.. Like I am taken for granted ..stupid 

Therapist: well why is that? 

Well basically I live to please everyone, I say yes even when I really don't want to, I hate to say no to people I know will say no to me in a blink of an eye. I try to find reasons to be happy when I know I'm not and I hate it because I feel like if I say yes and I stay strong people will actually consider how I actually feel. 

Therapist : OK let's start with how it all started.. Tell me how it is at home. 

OK,  well life is hard, getting told I can't do something.. Not being believed in you know and my whole family puts on this act like they love me when truth of the matter is my grandma acts like she cares for me but only loves my sister,  my mom only loves me when she need something and I..
