ROTTMNT: The Secrets of the Dragons
*---------------------------------------------------------* Leo, Mikey, Donnie, and Raph stumbled upon April in an alley, crumpled against a brick wall, barely conscious. Her body bore the aftermath of a brutal encounter-bloodied cuts zigzagged across her arms, a deep gash above her eyebrow trickled crimson down her cheek, and her clothes were torn and dirt-streaked. Her once-neatly tied hair was matted and tangled, and her shattered glasses lay in pieces beside her like broken trust. Her voice was weak, but her words hit like shurikens. "They're back," she rasped, eyes flickering with both pain and fury. "The Purple Dragons." But this time, it wasn't just another gang brawl. This was personal. "They left me like this... as a message," she said, her voice cracking under the weight of the memory. "They wanted you to find me. Said it was a taste - a warning." The brothers exchanged dark glances, fists tightening. "And there's a new one," April added, barely able to lift her head. "A fourth member. I didn't see their face... but they were different. Cold. Precise. Like they had to enjoy it. They're the ones who did this to me." The silence that followed was suffocating.
