The Festering

After an infectious disease, The Festering, took over and destroyed half the worlds population, the governments got desperate. After doing everything they could they gave up, bombing every city of every continent. The Fire, that's what it's called now, a hundred and twenty-five years later.

The poor live in the Undergounds working for The Pure ones who live in healthy protected sectors. But the Undergrounds are just as dangerous as the earth above.

Cain, a young adult of the Undergrounds, is working on the soil above, trying to rebuild when the Pure protectors leave them. Leaving him and his sector to die, to be eaten by the Festered.

After he survives the impossible, he reunites with his friends and begins. Begins a rebellion that is a hundred and twenty-five years late.

It's begun.
