Emily Hurley, half sister of Andy Hurley and Patrick Stump, was in a tragic accident on New Year's Day, resulting in her being in a coma for nearly 7 years, and the loss of all her memories. During the end of Fall Out Boy's hiatus, she wakes up from her coma. Just after Save Rock And Roll is released and the hiatus is over, she manages to win tickets to a local show including a VIP backstage pass to meet the band. When the band sees her, they are shocked. Will Emily ever become the same Emily she was before the disaster?
