The child of Mars, Jackson Grace awakes to find himself far from the walls of New Rome in a place called District 11 of Panem. Here he is told of the infamous Hunger Games where two children from each district are sent to fight to the death for entertainment. Being a well decorated military official back in Rome he does not fear the games. Nor does he fear the oppressive capitol. But what will he find of his home when he returns?

Just another Hunger Games and Percy Jackson crossover? Think again. This story takes place 70 years after the defeat of Gea. Where the fire of the Roman Empire has been Relighted and new heroes emerge.

Rated M for mild sexual themes and political actions that take place in the real world (i.e war with real world countries and may represent such countries as an antagonist. This is solely to create a realism factor and will be attempted to be shown from a neutral perspective.) Forums of discrimination and racism may also occur within a fantasy context (Example the Ghouls from Fallout)

(the Hunger Games in this story is used solely as a gimmick for charterer development and to start off the plot, the main plot has little to do with the Hunger Games,) Most characters and settings belong to R.R or Susan Collins the others being my own.

"You're different from what I expected," she said softly. "How so?" he asked, glancing at her. "I don't know," she replied, searching for the right words. "You just... have this way of making people feel like they matter. Even here, in this... nightmare." He was quiet for a moment before responding. "You matter, Y/n. Don't forget that." OR Y/n wakes up in the deadly Squid Game, surrounded by strangers and fighting to survive. What she doesn't know is that the mysterious Frontman is watching her every move through the cameras- and she's caught his attention.
