Few years later, he decided to visit Kuoh Town to see his sister(a.k.a a huge brother complex to her younger brother) and attend the school where his sister studies. Few days later after attending Kuoh Academy, he learned that a brown haired boy who has a Welsh Dragon Emperor sacred gear was stabbed by a light spear which was thrown by a fallen angel and was reincarnated as a devil by his sister.
