A string of high school students have all been mysteriously murdered by being burned to death upon where water was evidently present. Middle School student *Shira, a PSI (Paranormal Special Investigator) officer, takes action to solve this bizarre phenomenon. Upon questioning possible suspect *Krio Saki, she discovers that he has the ability of electrocution! What other things will *Shira unravel while dealing with this case of murders?

*This is sort of like a fan-fiction. The plot events, however, stay true to the manga. So it is like I am re-writing the manga into a novel format.
