When a clan is destroyed by tooth and claw, one kit is left homeless and without hope. Left to survive in the wild where foxes skulk and badgers roam, she needs to continue her destiny, serving a new clan elsewhere.
When shooting stars entrance all the other cats star clan warriors bring advice to solve the trouble ahead as the stars coming down to the earth. With this newfound knowledge mist kit can use her powers to unite the clan cats and the rogues and bring peace between the conflicting cats.
But there is dark trouble between the crows who dislike mistkits ideas to bring peace and the younger generation shall speak out in the support of mistkit and peace. When all the crows realise the benefits of a strange compromise mistkits destiny can be fulfilled.

**OLD ~ I wrote this when I was like 14-16 so be aware!** Four generations after The Last Hope, we strike into two rivaling Clans: LightClan and OutClan. LightClan is of loyal, strong-willed warriors while OutClan is dis trustworthy and full of rogues. When Ashstar, LightClan's leader receives a prophecy speaking of a cat who will have the power to talk to any animal, she's at a loss for words. A litter of kits is born that very night, Wolfkit and Frostkit. Ashstar realizes Wolfkit is the prophesied cat and doesn't know how to react. As Wolfkit struggles with her ability, Frostkit has trouble with OutClan, seeing she has been gifted with supreme hunting and fighting skills. Both the she-cats go through hardships and battle having the temptation of mates as young apprentices, one far worse than the other. But that is not their only problem, there is evil lurking inside their very Clan and they are the only ones who can stop it. Like? Share? Comment? Leopardwillow has always wanted an apprentice from the moment she was an apprentice herself to the moment she became a warrior... There was one exception however she would beg Starclan not to mentor the stubbornest, violentist, evil-seeming kit ever- Smokekit. Little does she know that just so happens to be Starclan's will not only will she need to mentor Smokekit, tensions rise higher and higher within Lakeclan and a war will be hard to avoid, and Foxbristle; Leopardwillow's sister is accused of Bearstar's murder. On top of that drama Leopardwillow still has to save her clan from whatever danger lies ahead-little does she know her stubborn apprentice might be the cause for all this chaos... Excerpt: Flamestar's one amber eye shone in the moonlight; the moon soon disappeared from within the clouds. "I did not fail Junipercloud." Leopardwillow spat, "you should know not to kill warriors during things so ridiculous as border skirmishes Starclan doesn't want us to kill each other." By now her fur stood on end but Flamestar looked terrifyingly calm. "I suppose, but the way I see it there should only be one clan not two. How ridiculous our ancestors decided it." Flamestar said with a curious tone. "I shall make this short before we depart young warrior - I'd watch my back from now on if I were you." the orange she-cat said thoughtfully. Timberheart leapt off the boulder "Is that a threat?!" he growled. Flamestar thought her words over "Maybe. Lakeclan to me!" she yowled before either of them had time to respond. "When the blood covers the moon, peace will drown in the ashes of war." A violent battle between AshClan and MoonClan has sparked a war between the two Clans. Both Slateheart and Leoparpdaw and caught in the middle of it all, Slateheart eager to fight and defend his Clan but Leopardpaw finds herself1 questioning the choices of her leader. Owlbreeze has found her destiny as MountainClan's medicine cat and is now working with Mountainstar to try and solve the burden that has been placed upon her shoulders, the burden to stop a war between all five Clans. Blossompaw is struggling in the aftermath of her sister leaving the Clan as she fights to find her own identity as a SunClan warrior. She's fighting uncertainty and fear as leaf-bare's grip on the forest leaves SunClan in danger. While the Clans are focused on their own politics and struggles, the mountains are bringing more strife to the Clans in the form of a massive snow storm, one that will put lives at risk and divert the Clans attention away from bloodshed and war, but not even freezing winds can put out the fires of war.Complete
