Wings of the Merciless (A Doctor Who short story)

Amber and the Doctor have been travelling together for awhile, and both are mostly content with the way things are between them.

But a surprise visit from the past and the return of an ancient enemy could threaten everything that they hold dear, including each other.

Amber will find herself far away from the man she has come to care very much for, and she will have to find a way to adapt and survive if she ever wants to see him again.
