Lovely

Some people say that you change your poetry, but I think that poetry changes you. Poetry is an outlet for feelings that other night not understand, or that some will. My grade eight teacher often says "life is like an orange", and I never really understood that, but then I realize this: the outside of an orange is slightly hard, like us sealing in our emotions, and on the inside, we are soft. Or not, maybe he's just crazy.
