So I suck at descriptions but here we go: My name is Lola Jansen and I'm your typical 17 year old girl. I love to read, paint and mostly keeps to myself. I go to the Gifted High School because like most I am special. Here in The Mystic realm there are four kinds of people, elementalists, psychs, e-psychs and gypsies. Also outside our Kingdom lies the land of the creatures. There you will find werewolves, dragons, vampires and shifters. But they are blood thirsty beasts who kill anything that enters their land, or so we've been told. When my life is torn apart and destroyed I soon figure out who I am and there is no stopping my revenge. Our world as we know it is about to change and it's all up to me whether it changes for the better or worse. If I let the greater evil get me our world is over but I must find my strength and courage to over come all the trials I face. CURSED The Choice
As if the thought of getting caught by Tate didn't scare her enough, what surely scared her was the thick silence in the air. When had the woods become so empty all of a sudden? She felt the hair on the back of her neck rise and her arms explode with goosebumps. She knew it was okay for normal people to be scared sometimes but when a persons a hunter, it wasn't okay to be terrified, even if they did risk their lives hunting menacing creatures everyday. Being terrified while going on a hunt was no big deal as long as everyone was with their group. . . But Lilith wasn't with her group, she was all alone and she had no absolute clue where she was. She wasn't just terrified. . . She was petrified. As if to make matters worse, a howl split the night making her tense and look around. The werewolf was close. Too close. ---------- For years, a group of hunters, whose duty it is to wipe out the population of werewolves and vampires, have been thriving under the attacks of the supernatural. ONC entry for 2024. Prompt 49: Being a superhero is just too boring. Let's be a villain! 15-years-old Marissa Everstar makes a Faustian bargain to receive superpowers, in the hope they will make her famous. But when being a superhero turns out to mainly involve boring work that does not get her the immediate popularity she craves, she shifts gears and becomes a villain. Trigger warning: contains descriptions of physical and emotional abuse, blood and gore. Excerpt from chapter 2: I carefully begin pouring the white powder onto the floor, drawing a large pentagram. I spend a lot of time on the intricate details, making sure everything is perfect. The summoning circle quite small, but it will have to do. I clap my hands twice and hear a soul-crushing scream that appears to pierce my body to its core. Hearing the sound fills my stomach with butterflies and gives me a fuzzy feeling. I haven't heard a single sound in almost a year. Following the scream, a shadowy figure emerges. He appears deep black, littered with stars, as if a human-like shape has been carved out of the universe, but also strangely transparent, as if made of glass. His long arms end in clawed fingers, and his ears and horns are goat-like in appearance. On his back are two bat-like wings. He speaks in a deep voice-the only one I've heard in a long time. "Mortal, why have you awoken me from my slumber?"Terminé

Time didn't matter to her. She got up when the sun did and tried to sleep when the sun went down. because of this seemingly endlessness, she's forgotten her name, she's forgotten her family and she's forgotten everything she use to be. Now she was nothing. Living on the streets of a town begging for money and food from travellers that didn't know who she was, unlike the rest of the town that thought of her as something unnatural even though she doesn't know why. Constantly abused by the townspeople who don't understand her, she is left to die in an alleyway after a horrible run in with three drunk men. She was expecting to die and have her corpse eaten by rats and other vermin. What she didn't expect was to be saved by a woman that was everything but human. "Do you want to live?" This woman asked and when she looked into herself she knew the answer, it came easy through her busted lips. "Yes." From that day on she became something else, something not human, something extraordinary and from that day forth she will serve this woman who saved her life and maybe one day remember her name or be given one by her new Mistress. Maybe one day she'll remember who she was and maybe she'll even find the one person that completes her soul. From that day forth she became a Nightwalker. Completed. "What the hell?" I took a step closer to the mirror, staring at my reflection in disbelief. The person looking back was still me, but at the same time it wasn't. I had the same thick, dark, curly hair. The same hazel eyes. The same olive skin with a light dusting of freckles (ugh) scattered across the bridge of my nose. But my curls were now streaked with highlights. And not the subtle, golden-brown ones that sometimes appeared during the summer. No, these were an aggressive, dazzling blond that went from the roots of my hair all the way to the tips. It looked like I had spent a full day getting my hair done in some upscale salon. Never mind that I had never set foot in such a place since the day I was born. My eyes appeared somehow wider and more luminous. The colour brighter, my eyelashes darker up against them. And, when I looked closely, my pupils seemed to be slitted almost like a cat. I looked down at my body. My skinny arms-which had always refused to gain any definition no matter how hard I exercised-were lined with flat, wiry muscles. My bony shoulders were now curved and smooth. My scrawny legs were toned like a dancer. I reached down and lifted my shirt, revealing two subtle lines running vertically down my perfectly flat stomach, hinting at the rock-hard abs underneath. A Witch's Nightmare
This book is about a young witch, who was always taught ever since she was a kid, to be scared of Vampires. Vampires and witches have been enemy's for centuries. The young witch Phoenix observed a certain vampire for years, who was torturing the innocent. She was not obeying the rules. When being a vampire, you only are allowed to feed on the ones who murder. If a human has murdered someone, then they deserve to die themselves. So the society of the supernatural made the rule to only feed on the guilty. The witches in this society are supposed to protect the humans of the innocent and keep the vampires and werewolves in line. Only because of this the vampire's dislike the witches and now there is a war between them. Phoenix is trying to do her job and protect the innocent, only this certain vampire has gone on a killing spree, and won't stop. And definitely doesn't care what some little old witch says, and every time she tries to kill her she threatens to kill her family, starting with her mother. While reading this book you will learn, that witches were chosen to protect because even though vampires have the power to kill, witches are stronger. And phoenix will learn the ups and downs of a vampire and also learn to reunite both sides in order to defeat a common enemy. The only question is will she survive this nightmare.
