Taking place before and during Sam's time in college, Sam and Dean deal with the loss of their parents ten years ago. Dean still suffers major depression, experiencing at least two hospital visits every month. Without Sam to take care of him, how will Dean cope on his own? Maybe the most qualified angel in heaven will help him out.... possibly helping Dean figure out more about himself in the process?

Dean had Lisa, a women who has short term memory loss. Sam has Jess who was getting sick with fevers from left and right. Both Winchester boys were sick of all of this work. Dean with having to deal with taking Lisa out on first dates almost every week to try and spark her memory. Then Sam constantly in the hospital because Jess was burning up. They also had to deal with there jobs, the older one worked at his mechanics shop, the younger was a lawyer. Now both were planning on spending Christmas alone. Dean in the shop and Sam in his library. Christmas was never something they could get into, everything was just too canny.
