A Commitment to Hooligans

Drew is a kid who's gotten into some bad situations- fights, bad friends, bad girls, and more fights. He thinks he's lost all hope of ever becoming a good, obedient little boy again. But when he's noticed by a suspenseful guy who calls himself Skrakken, he realizes he doesn't need a second chance. Being bad is sometimes good, and when he's recruited by Skrakken to join his 'army' of pleasantly rotten juveniles, he realizes just how badly goodness needs bad kids.
