I rushed outside, after them, my heart pounding like a hammer inside my ribcage as if finding its way out. My feet trembled as I ran. I have never felt like this before. Such anxiety.

I found them already in the car and altogether, as if on cue, they lifted their heads to look at us. Confusion dawned on me by the time I have realized their looks.

Ace shook his head and looked back down.

No.

They have not found her.

We have not found her.

I have not found her.

I present to you, 'I Know You', by @TheCheesecakeWrites!

This is a story of a teenage girl (yep. It's a gurl) who missed two years of her life due to coma. She woke up, and her life was as normal as it was before... Or so she thought.

Fragments of her past started attacking her, leaving her more determined to finally seek for the truth, like a piece of cloth full of holes, insisting to be patched up. But truth was greedy, demanding her to give trust to the people that stayed by her side since her past. But what if there is only one more hole and two more people are left, with who will she exchange her trust? Who has the wrong patch? Her best friend or the guy she thinks she barely even know? And if all the holes are patched up, will she discover something... Or someone?

"Well, I better head back home," I said as I stood up. "Would you like me to walk you home?" He offered before standing up too. I politely shook my head, "No, it's alright. Thank you, though." I waved my hand goodbye and turned around, heading towards the parking lot, "Don't forget to use that phone and call us," I heard Jacob call out. Then I listened to the door behind him open, and a group of people stormed out and rushed to Jacob. I turned back around, pretending that I didn't see them. I continued walking; as I turned towards the street, I noticed the group glancing at me. I knew they were talking about me, and I knew who they were too. Dare I say their cheesy name? They were the Misfits. - - - After a car accident leaves Harper Beckett with a dreadful loss, a dysfunctional family, and a bruised reputation, she is finally ready to start her life again. Surprisingly, her friends changed just as much as she did. They were known as the Misfits of her school. You know them; popular, funny, a drama-filled friend group that everyone gossips about. She didn't realize that she was stuck with them, whether she liked it or not. This is a story about a broken girl who tries to get her life back together, but little did she know that she wasn't the only one who needed fixing.
