“You’re Grace,” I said bending the knee in front of my father.
“Welcome home boy,” he nodded for me to stand up. It has been four months since I have set foot in this glorious castle I call my home. After the Thornburg’s spotted my guards and I hunting far away from Braunstone they ceased the opportunity and kidnapped me. They killed my men and locked me up in act to get my father’s attention. For four months I rotted in a prison cell like a thief, murderer or rapist an all I get is “Welcome home boy”. No hug, no pat on the shoulder, no nothing. Surely the Thornburg’s should have known that no great war will ever start over me. They are smart people and they must have known that father does not truly care for me.
