The sixteen year old Wendy Darling lives a decent life in London with her parents and her two little brothers. Everything seems to be normal, but in the night the Darling children are visited by a mysterious shadow that takes Wendy to a magical island - Neverland. There she meets the Lost Boys and Peter Pan: a boy who never wants to grow up. In the mornings she arrives back home as if none of this happened.
Only when the Darling's welcome the orphan boy Baelfire to live in the children's room, he and Wendy can figure out why the shadow keeps coming back: He wants one of Wendy's little brothers.

In which a boy who thinks he controls everything meets the girl who actually does. --- Peter Pan is king of Neverland, a mystical island of his own creation. His Lost Boys serve as his troops and have been his only company for the last millennium. Until his shadow brought a girl to Neverland, by the name of Wendy Darling. But she's not the one this story's about. Why? It's simple. Because she's dead. She broke Peter's heart, so he killed her. Only he and the Lost Boys know what happened the night Wendy disappeared, and Peter means to take the secret to his grave, assuming he ever dies, of course. If the Lost Boys know what's good for them, they will too. None of the other creatures on the island have any idea of what became of the one girl who had ever set foot on Neverland. However, what at first seems to be a siren with a know-it-all attitude threatens to change all that. She knows exactly why Peter's heart is shattered. But what she wants to do with that information is, for the very first time, is absolutely unclear to Peter. That doesn't sit well with the Ruler of Neverland. And whatever doesn't sit well with Peter, he either figures it out or kills it. Abigail is a lonely girl who lived in a small town called Storybrooke. She was living among the most famous and infamous fairy tale characters that ever lived. Abigail however was a human adopted by her fairy tale family to live in Storybrooke forever. She had no friends, was constantly teased for not having magic, and was almost 18 years old. One day she finally had enough of the verbal abuse she received and decided to run away. She wakes up in a strange land surrounded by teenage boys with one in particular who takes an unwanted interest in her. His name was Peter Pan. The most gruesome villain in the land. Abigail believes that there is good in Peter Pan but when she can't leave Neverland until she admits to herself who she really is. Peter Pan and Abigail spend time together both good with some laughs and bad with a lot of screaming and tears while she attempts to get off of the island without any help from Peter or the lost boys. Will Abigail make it off the island? Will Peter give up his villain ways to be with Abigail? Does Abigail stay in Neverland forever and not age? Or does she take Peter and the lost boys back to Storybrooke with her? I love the TV series, but I think Peter Pan should get to love somebody, so here's who and here's how they fell in love, as I believe it should go.
