Arrow, Blade and Ring

"When darkness rules, a hope will rise. An Archer, a Warrior, and a Magus. One with true aim, to shoot the Golden Arrow. Another with great strength, to wield the Silver Blade. The last with vast wisdom, to wear the Bronze Ring. Together the three will fight the lost one, and take back what is rightfully theirs."

Long ago, when the world was young and humanity struggled against the forces of chaos, the gods intervened. They forged a sword, not as a weapon of destruction, but as a gift of hope. Each god poured a fragment of their essence into it-courage, wisdom, resilience, and strength. It's a sword meant for everything possible. For centuries, the blade lay hidden, waiting for the right moment to be discovered. It wasn't buried in gold or locked away in a grand vault-it rested quietly in the heart of the earth, untouched and unseen, until the time was right. When the first hand grasped the hilt, the sword came alive. Its surface shimmered with an otherworldly glow, a promise of the power within. The one who found it didn't know the gods had shaped it, nor did they understand the weight of what they held. But the sword recognized them. It responded to their strength, their resolve, and their needs. As the blade cut through the darkness for the first time, it wasn't just its edge that brought change. It was the force behind it-the will to fight for survival, for something greater than fear. With every swing, the sword grew brighter, stronger, as if it fed not on blood but on purpose. Though the gods forged the blade, it wasn't theirs anymore. In that moment, it became part of humanity, a bond between the divine and mortal worlds. And for the one who wielded it, the sword was more than steel and magic-it was a companion, a guide, and a silent promise: you are not alone. Thus began the sword's journey, not just as a tool of battle, but as a symbol of what humanity could become. And though its path was just beginning, the gods knew it would go on, far beyond what even they could imagine. (this is my very first novel. I got my inspiration from a nail clipper)

Life should be cherished and treasured regardless of whatever happens to someone. However, that isn't always the case in most cases. Differences in opinions, views, and interests can lead to various conflicts ultimately leading to war. In those cases, an untold number of lives are destroyed and lands are forever changed from a city that was once beautiful and home to hundreds of thousands that now lie in ruin and left to be forgotten. As such, this cycle continues for as long as humanity has lived until one day that changed. A race of mechanical creatures suddenly appeared as they started to wipe out all of humanity. They tried their best to fend off this unknown enemy but their existence wouldn't last long. As such, humanity had to flee to their last hope for salvation known as the Ark located hundreds if not thousands of meters underground. During this, humanity created Nikkes in response to the Rapture threat to one day to reclaim the surface. However, that is only one fate in a multitude of potential futures. In a different world, humanity has been thriving as the ideas of such are merely written in fiction and video games. This world's humanity has built various entertainments around the world as war was still a possibility but thanks to peaceful negotiations things have been rather peaceful. In the realm of the gods, one such god wanted to give hope to the humanity that was nearly wiped out by the Raptures, a chance to have hope. Despite being a god, they also loved to play video games finding them to be quite entertaining which gave them an idea. As such, the god decided to find one such person and have them be reincarnated into the world while giving them a special power to help humanity fight against the Raptures. With such a power given to the chosen individual, they send him to this world to help humanity fight and reclaim the surface. As this new Commander is also.....a Gaming Commander.

I heard Cassian say as he sat next to me. "Its Regina." I glared back with annoyance. " It's "my love," ok?" He said to me, as he ordered a whiskey. I rolled my eyes and tried to find the right words to tell him about our marriage. "Mr. Kills, I would like to talk to you about our marriage." I said, as I turned to face him. "What would you like to talk about, my love?" He said in his deep voice, turning to face me. "I want you to be aware that I do not want any type of relationship with you." "How so?" He said with a puzzled expression. "I don't want any emotional connection with you." I took out my cigarette and lighted one up and tilted my head and exhaled some smoke with a blank expression on my face. There was silence for a while, and when I took my last puff he said... "Are you scared of falling in love?" "I love you more than life, Regina." "I love you more than death, Cassian."
