Kat and Adrian have been doing great. They started a new band with there friends Andre, Christine, and Kate and have been signed by Fearless Records. Everything has been awesome ever since they moved to San Diego to release their album Repressed. They all live together in a beautiful house on the coast and play random shows at the Way Auditorium.
All is well. Until Kat's dad shows up one night at a show. What will Kat do as she falls head first into her depression? What will Adrian do as he watches her unwind and fall apart at the seems? I lost someone dear to me in the midst of the Heroin Epidemic hitting MA in the last 3 years that spurred me to write The A Team. It is a reference to Ed Sheeran's song. This story was my grieving process. Without it, I'd be in a maelstrom of emotions that I wouldn't know what to do with. Also, my favorite band, Fall Out Boy, has a physical copy of this story. I gave it to them this past summer at a Meet & Greet in Mansfield, MA for the Boys of Zummer tour.
