Rachelle Taylor has grown up to be only one thing: a Vampire Hunter. But it has been a long time since she ever believed in the ideology of the Hunter Association. After losing her two best friends, she feels a like a stranger in her own life.
That is until she gets a letter where she is offered a chance to move away and attent to Cross Academy, a school where vampires and humans live along side each other. It would be her job to assure everything stays peaceful. Rachelle hurries away, hoping to leave the past behind. But Cross Academy might just bring out more secrets than she'd ever think was possible.
Especially, when she starts to like the distant vampire Akatsuki Kain, who has a past of his own, and together they might find out more about the truth than they'd want. Rachelle is afraid the truth will crush them both and drive them apart, but maybe they can end up closer than ever.
This story may differ a bit from the original anime/manga. I don't own the characters of Vampire Knight, I only own the characters I created myself.
