Jazz has a crush on Machai who apparently hasn't been noticing her lately. At the end of the 10th grade school year, Jazz finds out Machai is moving. At first she is devastated. But soon she realizes, why? After all Machai hasn't been paying her any attention. Jazz also realizes that he is not even close to a gentleman. He never holds doors open for girls, and even called their English teacher a whore and bitch for Failing him! So Jazz goes on with her life and forgets about Machai.
Here comes the twist.
Jazz can't find a date to the dance and ends up going with her best friend Trey who becomes more than a friend. During Jazz's senior year in high school, Machai transfers to her school. She doesn't really care at first, until Machai tells Jazz he loves her! Then she sees how he changed. Machai's sweet ways soon makes Jazz fall for him. But the two boys have conflict fighting over her! Will she ever find love, and will Jazz learn how to forgive and forget?
