Alexis Cubard and Marshall Mathers have been friends since childhood, through thick and thin. Now a days is Marshall struggling with choking on stage during battles and he loses confidence. Alexis knows that she can always count on Proof will get him on the right track again and it's always been like this.

When Alexis' mom tells her that they're moving, Alexis flees to her work for the day at the local bar and stays until her hours are done.
