The once safe Naval Academy grounds of Annapolis Maryland is now the home of a scene where a familiar blue police box, a beautiful black impala, and a certain detective and his friend, try to figure out who or what killed the men the first night and continually killing anyone who comes out at night.   Will they figure it out in time before the next camp session starts?
