“Dan hope you understand that this relationship is wrong.” Phil whispered in my ear.
I sighed looking into his blue eyes, “I know our sons are dating.” I looked at the glistening engagement ring on my left hand. “But how could something so wrong feel so right?”
Phil ran his fingers over my palm sketching pointless designs, “We made a choice.” Phil spoke guilty. “And I’m afraid we made a wrong one.”
“Phil we waited so long for each other.” I forced him to find reasoning. “We have a limited amount of years left on this earth. We might never get an opportunity like this ever again.”
“So, what you’re saying is its THEIR LOVE OR OURS?”
“It’s them or us and I will always choose us.”
