Michelle Carter has been on the run from the FBI for 5 years. She's a known serial killer and her main victims are the ones she had a Relationship or Sexual relations with.

Darryl Roberts, Fresh out of Howard University is on the FBI. He has been assigned to join the Michelle Carter Case and go undercover trying to capture and arrest her.
