Dirk Strider was a prince, he absolutely hated being a damn prince! The princes from the other kingdoms were weird and rude! He was bored, and tired, of being cooped up and so he ran away, well, swam. Unfortunately for the young prince, a storm swept him away. He wasn't very strong like his older brother, being a knight and all. Dirk was swept away by the storm. Days passed and the kingdom ruled him dead, only the prince wasn't dead but rather beached. The storm last night was horrible. Luckily, Jake, a boy who lived on that island, was right next to the beach. Every time a storm came through, the boy always went out to sit in the rain. Yet as he looked out on the beach, there was what seemed to be....a body? He was laying on the shore, water all the way up to his waist! He hoped they weren't hurt. They weren't moving, so Jake had to do something fast. He ran down the cliff from his house, not caring if he was getting dirty from the freshly wetted dirt and leaves. As he got closer, he saw that they were breathing, making him a bit relieved, but he was bleeding on the side on his chest. As Jake was about a foot away, he realized that...this was no human. Not one bit. Jake pulled the body onto the beach, revealing its tail, a bright orange with some shine to it, scales covering from his hips to his, uh, tail. "A-Are you okay? You're bleeding a little...!"

You wake up by a huge oak tree, not knowing who you are or how you got there. You rub your tired eyes and stand up with lots of effort. You look around the streets of Magnolia and decide to walk forward, not knowing exactly where you were going. The wind is rather strong and you soon hear thunder. The water starts lightly drizzling as you pick up the pace. You walk calmly, your (H/C) hair swaying close behind you. You keep on walking for a couple of minutes, when you notice a black hooded figure following close behind you. You get a sick and uneasy feeling as you start running as fast as you can, without daring to look back and see if the mysterious black figure was following you. You ran and occasionally stepped on a couple of water puddles getting yourself even more wet. You run, your hair flowing crazily behind you as your (E/C) eyes reflect the bright full moon. Your breathing gets heavier with every step you take. You see something up ahead with a somewhat blurry vision. 'Fairy Tail' it read in dark red florescent lighting. You shuddered from the cold as you heard another thunder clap. From outside, you could hear lively chatter and you noticed the lights were on. That was good, at least someone might help me in here. You're heart beat sped up immensely as you took a peek behind you to see the mysterious hooded figure. You kept on breathing heavily and started to panic as you tried to quickly open the doors to Fairy Tail. With great effort, you were able to open the doors. The place went silent as you looked around and heard another thunder clap. You took one more look around frighteningly and fainted, slowly falling right on the threshold of FairyTail. So this was supposed to be a short Dave X Dirk but some people wanted more so now there's some more plot. Prompt: could you possibly do one where Dirk and Jake break up, and Dirk is heart broken while Dave tries to cheer him up, then some stridercest? My Response: Sorry this took so long. I know this was asked like 2 months ago, but I have a really hard time making my old laptop work and I'm not even posting this off of my regular laptop. So it will take me some time to post things until I get that new laptop most likely at the beginning of next year.Complete
