Starting in the year 2015, Bryant Francis Overland, the sixteen year old Earl of the Overlands, purposely gave a fifteen year old girl and her sixteen year old brother, who had both been living in Sicura, a scholarship to become students of the prestigious Strahlend's Private Academy. This was in order for them to return back to their home country, Verdammenschloss, and become one of the Rosaceous, a small group of teenagers who secretly does orders of the Queen, to ensure the safety of the country.
