Osmund Zhou, a lax honors student who was beginning his final year of high school, had been stuck in a rut for a month. Confused, worried, and disheartened about his lazy approach to his predicted, busy future, the teen fell asleep one night plagued by pressure.
But his anxiety only increases when he suddenly wakes up in the world of Earthbound with no way to return home. Finding no other way to go, he ends up joining Ness on his journey to defeat the evil alien Gigyas. Osmund could only hope that he would somehow find a way back to his world on this adventure, provided that he can survive the dangers that the heroes would encounter on the road.
