Stella Maverick has been living in asylums and mental health facilities since she was ten years old. It is the life she knows best. Her only family is the step-mom she hasn't seen in nine years, but who religiously pays for Stella's hospital bills. And why shouldn't she? Since she inherited Stella's family fortune. After all, who would trust a young crazy girl with all that money?
With the help of one man who is really seven, a bright-eyed stranger, and some other odd and unusual characters Stella may find out more about herself, her past, and her future.
