The year is 3048. The world we knew has wilted and decay spreads fast. It's no longer safe to live above ground. Instead, there are small communities spread throughout underground tunnels and chambers. My name's Bree, I'm eighteen, and this is the world I grew up in. Our leader, Liam Hayes, is a corrupted man. Given too much power in our small community, he's made life in this rusting metal town unbearable. Too many rules. Cruel punishment. It's not just our world that's contaminated. No body's been brave enough to take a stand, afraid of being sent to the surface. Until now. My best friend, Coltrane was sent to the surface years ago, and I long believed him to be dead. That is, until I run into him and his strange band of friends. Coltrane's been planning to come back to our community, and with his help and the help of his friends, we can take down Liam and maybe even return to the surface without the fear of dying from the fumes that consumed our world.
