But he did have a criminal record. He has murdered a child at former restaurant "Fred bears family diner" He planned on doing 5 more.. Will he murder 5 more children? Scott Angel, started his life like any other kid, in a neighborhood full of kids who did not like Scott. They would pick on him because of his name, because his mom had died, and that his father was an alcoholic. Eventually, he told his father, who did nothing to help his son. His father would beat Scott because he was "weak". He told Scott he needed to stand up for himself and not whine and complain at every obstacle that crossed Scott.
