Hope is 14 years old. She thinks year 10 is tough, but when she gets diagnosed with cancer, things go from bad to worse. Very quickly. Hope starts off by only having CML, then it spreads to her liver. Hope will need a liver transplant, but so does eight year old Tilly. Hope is now faced with a difficult choice. What choice does she make? Her two best friends of all time set up a charity to help save her. Will they save Hope in time? Jacob, Hopes best friend, falls for Hope, but how far will he fall for a dying girl? Hope's battle is not yet over. All she needs is a little bit of 'Safe Hope'.
