A year and a half has passed since Kaoru was sent of to 'Lakeside'. However, things didn't go as his beloved girlfriend Tomoyo had planned. Kaoru was caught by his brother before he could even reach Tomoyo's secret residence. After being caught and taken back home by Hikaru, Kaoru earned a scolding that went on for longer than he wanted. 

A scolding wasn't the only thing he received, sadly... A beating was brought upon him for his little act of rebellion. Abuse entered Kaoru's life little by little and it was only going to get worse.

Will things change for him? What will he do about his sweet Tomoyo who hadn't returned over twelve months?

Will Kaoru find someone else to love?
