Okay so they got rid of the Hunger Games and what-not yay... *Salty about Katniss stealing Peeta.* But I'm going to pretend that never happened, and write stories about how The Hunger Games could have continued without. Suzanne Collins is an excellent writer and I could never hold a candle to her writing. (Considering the fact it took me only three days to finish the whole series.) So that is why I'm piggybacking off of her idea. I won't always follow things the way she did, but maybe I'll bring in Peeta and Katniss sometimes, but they made it out and that was the last of it. No visit from the President or anything like that. Please enjoy and read it a little farther before you decide it's not worth your time. Thanks!All Rights Reserved

When I was eleven. My whole world changed. Katniss' dad died in a mining accident. You think it wouldn't affect me but I loved him just as much as Katniss did. This story is based off a mini plot twist, but otherwise this is just an After Mockingjay story. The plot twist is basically that Katniss didn't kiss Peeta when they were in the Capitol during the Rebellion, and how it would effect Peeta's recovering, since that is obviously taking it a step back. --- Katniss is broken, tortured, and she has lost almost everyone she ever took a second to care about. Almost. Peeta is still alive, but also still hijacked. Will Katniss find a way to cure Peeta, and get him to come back to her? And how does their future, after the Rebellion, look?
