14 year-old Princess Julia Kerrington runs away after the murder of her parents. With only her uncle left to take over the throne, they search for the princess and find her four years later. Or do they? Alice Henderson is just a normal eighteen year-old until she is noticed by the princess's best friend, believing her to be the princess. She is just a poor orphan whose aunt has been raising her since the death of her mother when she was a child. So when she gets thrown into a life of jewels and a certain handsome prince, maybe she could tell a small lie and accept this new life of endless possibilities and answered questions. Besides, if the crown fits, why not wear it?

What neither Amelia nor Ezra knew, was that that name would connect them in a way neither would've ever imagined. She finds someone so broken under that cold exterior that she can't help but want to help him. They get thrown into a world of witches, wizards and magic and evil. They set off on a journey to become some of the most powerful witch and wizard to ever live, in order to defeat a great evil.
