Why me?

For most of her life,Kit was bullied just for being different,for being herself. No one seemed to understand her,not even her mother and her older sister, Mal was away at college all the way over on the other side of the country. One day kit recieves a call from her older sister who offers Kit a new start in a new state and in a new school and with out missing a beat kit agrees. Once kit arrives in vermont, already she feels accepted by the individuals around her,especially alex, a boy that Kit eventually goes to school with and already the two are as close as ever. As time passes Alex begins falling for kit but he knows it couldn't work since he's a senior and kit is only a shopmore,but that won't stop either of them for loving one another...or will it?
