Almost immediately after Kim Sunggyu graduated medical school, he begun his internship at a hospital in a big city of South Korea. There, Kim Sunggyu met a boy who he never thought would left such a big impression in his life - Sunwoo. But maybe life is not being so fair. Sunwoo who happened to be his first ever patient also happened to be the first patient of his to die. And to Kim Sunggyu, Sunwoo is not a mere patient of his. He is more than that and the pain of losing him is definitely greater than the pain of losing his first love.
And it takes more than a comforting Howon to help him go through his first ever heartbreak.
Yes, Kim Sunggyu direly needs his husband, even if he doesn't realize it himself.
