Cleo Valentine had the best relationship with her cousin, Beca Mitchell. The two inseparable, until tragic life events happen, leaving Cleo alone with no one by her side, and a deep depression hovering over her.
Several years pass, and a quick trip down the street of the dorm changes Cleo's college pathway. She finds herself becoming a Barden Bella as a Freshman at Barden University. The past desperately clings onto both Cleo and Beca as they try to rekindle the relationship they both had with each other.
