In this adaptation of Sleeping Beauty, there are three kingdoms, two of whom get along. There is a king and a queen with a beautiful daughter, an evil witch, three good fairies and a handsome prince.

Sleeping Beauty is my favourite Disney Princess. This idea is inspired by the Disney film, a bit of the original tale and mostly from a dream I had a few years ago.

Kilan is on the run. From men he knows all too well in a forest he does not know well enough. And running into that tree didn't help. But when he wakes up, the forests are the least of his concerns. He must find the book and be away from the strange Rose Castle. But someone has already noted his presence and has taken an interest in him.
