AU where 16-year-old Dirk watched Dave all of his life, from the point that he was a baby to the point where He became a young adult, and even though Dave didn't know Dirk existed, he still built a machine to transfer himself to Dave's session. The session boundaries exist, but it's an AU where they didn't go through Sburb, but the separate sessions were more like a parallel universe.All Rights Reserved

Jake English lives with his grandmother and had found out that his best friend, Dirk Strider had been killed by a vampire. In a small depression, Jake misses school to take a walk. As he walks down the sidewalk, he sees a kid run into the road without looking. A car at full speed headed toward the poor boy. Jake made a tough decision to save the little kid. He pushed the kid out the way and the car hit Jake. Jake went unconscious and woke in a abandoned house with a friend he would soon discover... ~And you don't get to know until I say so~
