It was strange to me how it happened, maybe even confusing. Possible, definitely not, but it happened I guess...

The two continue to stare at each other while holding hands until John comes limping out of the flat snapping them back into reality and breaking them up. They pull apart quickly as if hoping John didn't see their interaction. "Maybe I'll see you around?" Sherlock says as a taxi pulls up for Kat. Kat reaches out and opens the cab door.
