After a certain prophecy alarms the Royal Black's family line about their newborn, Ryder, they take serious precautions for the baby as he grew up. Because of the prediction, Ryder takes a 2 year-leave from his alpha duties to train, making alliances, and attempting to find his mate on a trip visiting some of the strongest packs in Europe.
After his voyage comes to an end, a ball was to be held to welcome him home to North America. Invitations were to be sent to the families of every Alpha, Beta, and Third in Command across the continent.
Little did Ryder know that this ball would be more life-changing than his trip.
