And for their own safety both could not be adopted by Bruce aka batman. What will happen to Dicks younger sister when she is adopted by Slade Wilson, the infamous mercenary death stroke?

OLD: While I'm very proud for this being my first completed major project, it's still old as hell, several things make 0 sense and there's a lot of random convoluted stuff and little consistency, especially in characters. This was something I wrote to escape when I was down and often sleep-deprived so I just wrote what I felt like in the moment. THIS ALSO APPLIES TO ITS SEQUELS. If that isn't your thing, I wouldn't recommend this.

This was of course not my intent, but is still something I feel should be acknowledged, and apologised for. On some level I do not know if I'm just overthinking it, or reaching (I tend to do those things sometimes), but I still don't think I could go on without saying something, especially as this fanfic is supposed to in part comment on and go against ableism. Either way I promise to try to do better in the future.
