Just graduating high school, Ryann's parents decide to take her on a 3 week trip to Curaçao in the Caribbean. It is a wonderful place with great reviews. Before Ryann leaves her home in California, her best friend of 12 years Erika, has told her that she will be moving with her dad to Florida to start off her new adult life! Ryann doesn't want her to go but, she decided that she'll move on... Ryann has a favorite picture, that she loves to look at. It is of a mysterious man dressed in all black. Her mother tells her that the man's name is Nuit Rapide. And he is a modern day Robin Hood. Ryann finds this mystery man very mysterious, and wants to find out more about him... but how? In the airport, Ryann figures out that she has some sort of... power. She, not long ago, saw a very detailed dream. And now time has stopped in front of her very eyes?! To Ryann's surprise, Nuit Rapide pops out of nowhere... and gives her a huge clue on her power.
