What side will she chose? How can she still complete the task without disobeying her ruler? That's for her to decide.
This place is not what the fairytales told. Cinderella isn't sweet and innocent. Hansel and Gretal never lost there way. Rumplestiltskin never made a poor bargin and Malificent isn't the reason for Sleeping Beauty's long sleep.

And here's the answer to all your fairy tale needs (Or at least some of them. Hopefully at least a few. Maybe not any. But you should read it anyway, because who knows? You might have a question that you never realized you had.) To be honest she's happy to be away from her father, and while things start off rocky that all changes when she begins to fall in love with her master/boss and her life changes forever. Also I changed Rumpelstiltskin a bit, instead of changing with true loves kiss. It'll take some other form of magic that you'll learn about in the book.
