Tomoya Fujiwara has just moved to America. He knows nothing of the customs and tends to get stares and makes enemies everywhere he goes. Shockingly one of his classmates Ray Sanchez happens to know a lot about Japan and has offered to teach Tomoya about the surrounds here in America.

Ray is popular at Lake View High School and the fact that he hangs around Tomoya pisses off half of the female population because they think that he is a girl.

He wasn't looking to make friends, he wasn't planning on staying in America, he wasn't interested in hangout with people not of his kind, However there was one thing that Tomoya didn't pay attention to in Japan and that was the fan-service directed to girls.
