The first book of the "The Effect of Kindness" series. A young man, John, is a mysterious young traveller who seeks adventure and to bring a little more kindness into the world. Along the way to save humanity from a possible end he has to fight off impossible enemies and terrible creatures with his new companion who is perhaps in over her head. Will he overcome these challenges and even find love on his journey to become the world's Saviour?
