Year 2029. The city of Sydney has been taken over by an evil dictator who shows no mercy to the citizens. A small group of people who were test subjects of the evil dictator each have a different power from scientific experiments, except for the protagonist Tom. The story mainly follows Tom who is struggling without a power, and his adventure as he chooses different paths and meets new people, and eventually join the group called "Rebel".
