Emilie is a 15 year old girl who does not like her parents. Her parents are very strict and have rules such as no staying out past 9:00, no phone after 9:30, and no friends over during the week. She is caught on her phone past 9:30 and then rules become more strict and she gets really irritated and runs away. She is found my the gorgeous Luke hemmings in a alley eating out of a dumpster. He takes her to his place and the become bestfriends, he takes care of her, and they fall in love. Her parents found out she was missing and contacted the police right away. The fact that she was missing was all over the news and everyone in the whole country new about it. So she had to hide from everyone and it was Luke's job to make sure she was safe.
