This poem was inspired by some children I observed playing in a field. It led me to thinking about childhood an its fleeting thoughts of magic.

هذه القصة وليدة خيالٍ جامح ، تنسج حروفها على نول الوهم والاحتمال فإن تماهت شخصياتها أو تداخلت أحداثها مع شيءٍ من واقعكم فاعلموا أن ذلك لم يكن محض مصادفة...بل مقصودًا ؛ ذبحني مرخي الرمش الخجول الناعس النجدي هواني وإن هويته ما قويت الموت من دونه.. لا منه رمى رمشه ولا مس خده الوردي تضيع الشمس . . وأنوار المكان بنظرة عيونه

«شیار» بە نیازی تۆڵەسەندنەوە دەگەڕێتەوە بۆ ژیانی «بێری» کچی ئاغا. بەڵام کاتێک نھێنییەکی پیرۆز بە ناوی «شەن» لە نێوانیاندا ئاشکرا دەبێت، هەموو هاوکێشەکانی تۆڵە تێکدەچن و ڕابردوو و داهاتوویان دەخاتە بەردەم تاقیکردنەوەیەکی کوشندە.
