Allison lives in District 2, the Jungle District. Once in the 25 year, two people from each district get powers when they turn eighteen. If you get powers, you are sent to the orb for training. Once your training is done you become a member of the council.
In two days the council will ask Moill, the supreme god, who the chosen ones are. Then the chosen ones will go to the orb, just as the six chosen ones from the other districts.
There are four districts in total -
- District 1, the Desert district
- District 2, the Jungle district
- District 3, the Rock district
- District 4, the River district

Will she be able to overcome her emotional and mental walls, even if it means that she'd be vulnerable? Being on the ground will change Hailey in ways that the people on the ark would never expect. She will find a better version of herself. Hailey will become what she was always meant to be, a warrior. There's only one person who can stop the threat before it's too late - the subject of the prophecy. Unfortunately for Alyssa, no one knows how to stop the threat or what exactly it is. Tatum Harris lives in District 2. The District is full of anticipatation as the reapings are right around the corner. Unlike many in her home district, she hates the Hunger Games with a passion. Much to her horror, she is selected to participate in the annual Hunger Games. Tatum is determined to make herself memorable in the hopes of getting sponsors and increase her chances of doing well. Her mentor is Kolton, the boy who is put on a pedestal by the Capital. The two of them used to be best friends but that ended when he shut the world out after he became a victor. Tatum believes that Kolton doesn't want anything to do with her, especially because they have not talked in years. Tatum knows she has the ability to win the games, but is not sure she wants to after hearing rumors about what happens when tributes win the game.
