Allison lives in District 2, the Jungle District. Once in the 25 year, two people from each district get powers when they turn eighteen. If you get powers, you are sent to the orb for training. Once your training is done you become a member of the council. 

In two days the council will ask Moill, the supreme god, who the chosen ones are. Then the chosen ones will go to the orb, just as the six chosen ones from the other districts.

There are four districts in total - 

- District 1, the Desert district
- District 2, the Jungle district
- District 3, the Rock district

My friends and I role play a lot in this website called chatzy.com. We have this whole world mapped out based on the Hunger Games. We live in two mansions. One is the main mansion, where we all used to live until it got really crowded, and then the second mansion belongs to Gracie. Her mansion is by a waterfall, just a ten minute walk away. Most of us have super powers. I mean, if the Capitol can make mutts, surely we can give ourselves super powers. Gracie has black wings, Talia has super speed, Chris has super strength, Derrick can make himself invisible. Nina can make herself invisible and make force fields too. We all have issues here. Sierra doesn't talk. Chris is a germaphobe. Chase cuts himself. We all have reasons for running away from the districts and the Capitol, but we've all found sanctuary here. This is the second book of our adventures, a sequel to Outside the Districts.
